There are many licensed mortgage brokerages and lenders that do not conform to the guidelines set forth by HUD regarding “Branch Arrangements” (HUD Mortgagee Letter 00-15). Many of the companies that do operate outside of HUD “Branch Arrangement” guidelines refer to their programs as “Net Branches.” As a result, it is important to clarify and differentiate the programs offered by The Lending Company as compared to all the other companies that are often marketed as “Net Branches.” The Lending Company is compliant with and adheres to the rules and regulations governing Branch Affiliate Lending as defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”).
